Raegan MacDonald

Head of EU Public Policy

Raegan is Head of EU Public Policy at Mozilla. Originally from Canada, she is based in Brussels, and covers a range of tech-policy issues including privacy, data protection, copyright, and disinformation. Prior to joining Mozilla, Raegan founded and led Access Now’s Brussels office; and prior to that, she worked at European Digital Rights (EDRi). She is Chair of the Board of the Digital Freedom Fund (DFF) and a board member of EDRi, and is a graduate of the University of Vienna and the University of Leipzig, where she received her Masters in Global Studies.
