Plamen Zhechev joint CISCO in 2008 and currently is responsible for Enterprise and Public sector business of the company in Bulgaria.
His key areas of focus in the last 10 years were around managing sales and business development on large and strategic enterprise and government projects as well as development of sales strategy, account planning and managing partner network.
Plamen has more than 13 years of experience in the field of technology and ICT industry with proven track of records during his career.
Prior Cisco he has worked 4 years for Telelink, where he held a number of roles from a project manager to sales manager, being responsible for the Financial and Public sectors sales operations.
Plamen has a degree from the Technical University of Sofia, Faculty of Telecommunications.
Member of the Board of Directors of American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria since 2014.
Member of the Public Council of Glob@l Libraries Foundation since 2015.
He is married and has two kids. He is also interested in diving, fishing and tennis.
