Simon Davies
Founder of Privacy International
Simon Davies has been prominent in the field of privacy for more than thirty years. He was the first global campaigner for privacy, and has founded numerous initiatives such as Privacy International and the Big Brother Awards. He was, for almost twenty years, working as a lecturer in the London School of Economics and is now a Fellow in the University of Amsterdam. He has been a UN Special Adviser and has worked directly on privacy issues in more than forty countries.
